Experienced Agents:
$4000 A Year – One Time Annual Payment
$6000 A Year - $500 Per Month No Per Transaction fees
$7000 A Year - $500/ Transaction or $100/ Lease*
* For all transactions that result in a total commission to the office of $950 or less there will be a 60/40 Split. To meet the annual cap Buyer/Seller Closing fees to the office do not apply.
New or Inexperienced Agents:
70/30 Split for First 6 Months
An agent must have closed at least (3) transaction in a 6 month period. At the end of the 6 Month period you will be able to choose a plan from the experienced choices. If you don't make the 6 month requirements you can try again for the next 6 months.
What we offer for you
Virtual Office -No need to go into the office. If you need to meet a client we have an agreement with our Title Company in Livonia that we can use office space. If you plan to hold a class or seminar we can arrange a conference room for you as well.
Broker when you need help-Have you ever called your Broker only to find that they are too busy or get back to you days later? That won't happen here. You will have a Broker available Monday - Friday 9am -7pm and for emergencies on Weekends. Calls and/or Emails will be answered within 3 hours and most within an hour. No need to call and email repeatedly. Once an email or message has been left you know that you will get a response.
Transaction Coordinator Services-If you would like to have your files handled by a Transaction Coordinator there is a fee of $300 per file. Please note that for New and Inexperienced agents you will only be able to use the Transaction Coordinator once you have gotten your (3) transactions closed. We want to be sure that you know the process and are able to correctly tell your clients what will happen.
Short Sale Negotiations- All short sales are handled through Seaver Title. They are completed quickly relieving you from the headaches of short sales. There is no charge to you, your client or the buyers.
Full Library of useful information-Online File Folder with all the information that you need to grow and develop your business. Power Points showing you what forms to use, when to use them and how to fill them out. This is available 24/7 to answer your questions. There is extensive marketing info and it grows all the time.
Training - Everything you need to get started. This is a great program for new or inexperienced agents. This will help you get you going and growing into a self sustaining business.
Monthly Webinar/Teleseminar -Every month we will have one training that is either a training webinar or teleseminar. Which one we have will depend on what is being discussed. They will be recorded if you can't make it.
Online Documents-Use Transaction Desk through Realcomp to share all files with the Office or a Transaction Coordinator. Email, fax, and print forms all from Transaction Desk. Also office documents are in the online file folder.
Error & Omissions -Included, you never pay extra for this
Weekly Tips -Every week agents will get updated tips on things to grow their business, new law changes, office updates or anything that will help you.
Learn how to get Reo listings-List of companies to sign up with for Bpo/Reo work. Learning library of how to complete bpo's and what to do once you have Reo listings.
Calls Forwarded to Cell Phone-All calls into the office for you will go to your office extension which will be forwarded to you directly.
All appointments handled for you-Every agent will use the "Schedule A Showing" link with their listings. Every appointment will be made through Realcomp and someone from the office will confirm every appointment.
Free Fax Service -Just use the fax back cover sheets in transaction desk. A fax will go directly to the file that you want it in. Also you can fax to anyone.
Remote EMD Deposit -You will deposit every EMD check into the office escrow account to be sure that clients funds are accounted for promptly.
Opportunity for Reduced Prices on Additional Services -When there is a service or product that agents would like to get they will split the cost with the office to get it. This reduces the costs per agent and gives everyone the benefits. Note this may not work with every product or service and will need to be checked on by the office before signing up.
Notary-We have an agent in the office that is a Notary.
